Matilda I. Gowen,  of New Brunswick, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2010, at Haven Hospice at JFK, Edison.  She was 94.

Born in New Brunswick, she lived there all of  her life, where she was a communicant of St. Peter the Apostle RC Church.

Ms. Gowen worked for Bristol Meyers Squibb for 33 years, was a Group leader.

Surviving are her sister Catherine Kleiser of Milltown, and several nieces and nephews:  Gloria & David Evans, Dr. Richard and Nancy Gowen, Jeanne and Don Bolinger, Paul and Wayne Kleiser, Jerry Gowen and many loving cousins and friends.
