Mary A. Scordo, of East Brunswick, passed away Sunday, Feb 14, 2010 at Haven Hospice at JFK, Edison.  She was 84.
 
Born in Milltown, she lived there most of her life before moving to East Brunswick 30 years ago.
 
Ms. Scordo was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Milltown. 
 
She had worked for 30 years for Cleveland Container in Jamesburg, before retiring in the 1970's.
 
She's predeceased by her parents Carmelo and Mary Scordo, her brothers Nathaniel, Frank and Joseph Scordo and her sister Anna Dente.
 
Surviving is her sister , with whom she lived, Mamie Novello of East Brunswick and many nieces and nephews.
 
A Mass will be held Friday, 10:00 am, at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Milltown.  Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick.  It was Mary's request that there be no flowers.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes.
